How and when do I take the products?

We recommend mixing the powder with 100–150 ml of water, juice, or milk in the morning, as well as before and after training, and drinking it quickly, as it quickly gels. Alternatively, you can also spoon it after a few minutes or mix it into your cereal.

What is contained in the products?

When can I see first results?

The time it takes for our products to show initial effects varies greatly from person to person. Some users report noticeable effects after just 2 to 3 days, especially if they were previously deficient in certain nutrients. For others, however, it may take 10 to 12 days to notice changes. Factors such as age, activity level, and diet play a major role. It's important to take the product regularly and over a longer period of time to achieve the best possible results.

How long does the product last?

The best-before date is a quality feature and not a use-by date. It serves as an indication of the quality of our products and does not define the time until which the product may be consumed. The best-before date therefore defines the time until which a food (if stored correctly) can be consumed without significant loss of taste and quality. The indication of a best-before date is required by law and must - with a few exceptions - be indicated on all packaged products with a "best before" date. Legally, food supplements are also classified as food and therefore also have a best-before date. Here, too, the product is not automatically spoiled after the best-before date has expired, but - depending on the ingredients - can still be consumed for several months afterwards without any problems, provided they have been stored properly.
