I am a regular hobby runner, running without great competitive ambitions, and have been trying M2 from drink5m.com, 5 Mountains Longevity AG, for about 3 months now. Since I have been running for more than 20 years, I know my body very well and know that my performance drops significantly towards the end, especially after longer periods of rest (due to illness or similar).
