Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

The prices and terms displayed at checkout for the delivery country, shopping cart, and selected shipping method apply. Delivery times are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed.

SWITZERLAND

Orders received on business days by 2:00 p.m. that have been paid and are available are generally processed on the same business day. Orders are usually shipped by Swiss Post.

A Mail: CHF 9.00; free for orders of CHF 250.00 or more; usually 1 business day.

B Mail: CHF 7.00; free for orders of CHF 250.00 or more; usually 2–3 business days.

Moon Express: CHF 18.00; delivery usually on the following day, including Saturday, subject to Swiss Post’s service offering.

GERMANY AND AUSTRIA

Orders received on business days by 1:00 p.m. that have been paid and are available are generally processed on the same business day. Orders are usually shipped by UPS; delivery generally takes 1–2 business days.

Germany: EUR 6.90; free for orders of EUR 250.00 or more.

Austria: EUR 9.90; free for orders of EUR 250.00 or more.

Tracking information is provided when available for the selected shipping method. Additional delivery countries and the applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

PAYMENT

The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. For advance payments, we generally reserve available merchandise for seven calendar days. Shipping takes place after payment has been received.

Purchase on account is offered only when this payment method is enabled at checkout.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If delivery fails for a reason attributable to the customer, the reasonable cost of reshipment may be charged.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
