The standard routine on training days consists of two shakes: 15 g and 20 g. This corresponds to 35 g per day, CHF 4.97 daily cost and a package duration of 30 days. If two shakes of 15 g are used on rest days, 30 g are consumed per day. This corresponds to CHF 4.26 per day; if only this variant is used, one package lasts up to 35 days.

Mix each portion thoroughly with 300–400 ml of water in a shaker.
- Morning training: Drink the first shake with 20 g about 20 minutes before training. Take the second shake with 15 g in the afternoon or evening.
- Afternoon or evening training: Drink the first shake with 15 g in the morning or during the day. Take the second shake with 20 g about 20 minutes before training.
- Rest days: Many customers use two shakes of 15 g, spread throughout the day.
